Chen Ding, silver medal (champion at London Olympics)
Chen Ding finished second in 1:21:09 while Spaniard Miguel Angel Lopez trailed 12 seconds to take the bronze in 1:21:21.
It was the first race completed by Chen since he made Olympic history by breaking the Olympic record by 13 seconds, and becoming the youngest ever race walking gold medallist at one day short of his 20th birthday. [Full story]
