To celebrate Chinese Valentine's Day on Aug 7, Sifangsanchuan restaurant has launched a special lovers' dinner with a bottle of sparkling wine and a bunch of flowers. The dinner starts with a cold dish platter. Crispy bread with mashed chicken and preserved vegetables with beef and lotus-leaf-like pancake are both highlighted mains, while the dinner ends with swan-shaped pastries and strawberry mousse.
