A factory fire breaks out in Taichung, trapping dozens of people

TAIPEI -- A large fire broke out at an unfinished new factory in the city of Taichung on Thursday, reported local media in Taiwan.
One factory employee, showing no vital signs after falling from the building, was taken to hospital, while another 20-plus people are alleged to be still trapped at the site.
Rescue by the municipal fire department of Taichung is underway.
