Guangzhou residents will be able to enjoy the finger dance of Taiwan guitarist Lu Jiahong, a well-known guitarist, on May 1. Lu will stage a live concert of his latest album Big Tsunami in a cozy bookstore in the capital city of Guangdong province.

Lu composed eight of the songs in the album, with some adaptations of local and foreign pop songs. The pop songs Lu has adapted include those from Canadian pop singer Avril Lavigne's punk songs and tunes from such movie soundtracks as Yesterday Once More and Speak Softly, Love.

Guitar fans will likely be able to chat with Lu about guitar after the concert. Admission is free.
