Scaffolding collapses, 3 killed and 21 injured

Rescuers and medical workers race to help the
injured at a construction in Xidan area, Beijing in the night of September
5, 2005. At about 22:10 Monday night, a scaffolding of the construction in
the bustling downtown area of Xidan collapsed suddenly, killing at least
three workers and injuring 21. Investigators are surveying the site to
