On December 7th, Mme. Sun Lanlan, Director General of DRC’s International Cooperation Department, met with Mme. Thelma J. ASKEY, Deputy Secretary-General of Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Mme. Sun and Mme. ASKEY spoke highly of the long-term partnership between DRC and OECD.
