Jiezhong Brewage

Nanyang Jiezhong Brewage Co is the largest vinegar brewing company in Henan province whose products are dominated by Jiezhong Rice Vinegar, Jiezhong Soy Sauce, and Jiezhong Sweet Soybean Paste. Its annual output of vinegar amounts to 6,000 tons, ranking first in Henan province. In recent years, with an investment of nearly 10 million yuan ($1.63million), the company has built a steel-made brewing tank with a capacity of 2,040 cubic meters and the largest solar powered brewing room in China, with a capacity of 1,000 cubic meters.

The company has developed more than 50 different kinds of flavored vinegars, including fruit-vinegar, dumpling vinegar, medical stone vinegar, special aromatic vinegar, tartary buckwheat vinegar, vinegar for medical use and so on.

Jiezhong rice vinegar, dates back 300 years ago, and enjoys popularity at home. It has been exported to Southeast Asia since the 1970s.
