Zhangjiagang First People’s Hospital signed an agreement with the medical school of Washington University in St Louis of the US in Zhangjiagang of Jiangsu province.

According to the agreement, the two medical organizations will cooperate in researching deafness treatment and set up an international research and training center.

Washington University in St Louis was set up in 1853 and is one of the top 15 universities in the US. Its medical school is famous for scientific research, education and medical care, and ranks third in the US. The hospital of the school ranks sixth in the nation.

Zhangjiagang First People’s Hospital has made an effort in recent years to build up a high-level medical service team.
