Ghirmay Ghebreslassie wins men's marathon in Beijing Athletics Worlds

The men's marathon, Beijing worlds' first event, started on a sunny Saturday morning as a pack of nearly 70 runners hit the streets of Beijing.

The air quality was listed as "good" by the US Embassy Beijing Air Quality Monitor, with temperatures at 28 degrees Celsius.
