A policeman at Hebei railway police bureau, identified by the alias Xiao Yun, caught 66 criminals in one year, surpassing all his co-workers.

His secret method is that he located them online, and chatted with them, pretending to be a woman searching for true love. After they "hit it off", he asked to meet with the criminals in person, and caught them.

He said as most criminals at large can't work or go out in public very often, they usually go online to kill time. He said one of the most effective ways is offering to introduce jobs, because most of them were hiding and have no sources of money. He also claimed different personal traits while trying to win their hearts. Like if the criminal said he was divorced, Xiao Yun would say "she" was also divorced.
