3 New menu at Shang Palace

Shang Palace restaurant with Shangigri-La Hotel Beijing and organic farm Nuah Organi Farm have jointly worked together to provide diners with a new menu consisting of a myriad of delicious delicacies made with organic ingredients sourced locally. The menu is brainchild of the hotel's guest master chef Gao Ning, a female chef who has nearly 30 years' experience in the kitchen, and is most specialized in authentic Beijing-style food. Diners can also buy organic ingredients at the hotel that the farm produces.
